I love cooking and pop up with my colourful caravan from time to time throughout the year. With the help of my daughters you might find me serving anything from a right royal afternoon tea at a summer festival to mulled wine and mince pies at Christmas time. We all love alfresco dining and camp fire cooking. With our wonderful South African potjies we can cook for very large numbers on the open fire.
